PHILJAFA President meets JICA President

In a welcome reception tendered by Ambassador of Japan to the Philippines Ryuichiro Yamazaki, Atty. Martinez meets Mrs. Sadako Ogata, President of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and exchange views on matters of human resource development in the country and the activities that PHILJAFA has undertaken for the JICA former participants in the Philippines.

The occassion was held on September 20, 2006 at Ambassador Yamazaki’s Residence in Makati.
